Election Campaign Finance Information:
- Precinct Committeemen and Committeewomen are not required to file a statement of contribution and expenditure (W.S. §22-25-107(a)(vi))
- Dates to file:
- Primary Election - TBA
- Amendments to the contribution and expenditure reports must be filed no later than TBA.
- General Election - TBA
- Amendments to the contribution and expenditure reports must be filed no later than TBA.
- Where to file:
- Federal, statewide and state legislative candidates must file their statement of contributions and expenditures with the Secretary of State's Office.
- Candidates for county and municipal offices must file their statement of contributions and expenditures with the Albany County Clerk's Office
- Penalties: A candidate who fails to file full and complete itemized statements will be subject to penalties prescribed in W.S. §22-25-108.
- All campaign committees, political action committees (PACs) and candidates, whether they are successful or not, must file a campaign finance report!
- As of 2022 reports filed by city and county candidates are listed on the left hand navigation bar and will remain until their retention of 5 years.
