Septic System Impact Analysis

PUBLIC NOTICE

 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 

Albany County is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals todesign, implement, and document a study analyzing how effective a septic system denitrifies leachate in low carbon soils within the Casper Aquifer Protection Area.

 

Albany County will accept proposals until 4:30 PM., Local Time, November 30, 2017.   The proposal shall be enclosed in an envelope clearly labeled “Albany County Septic System Impact Analysis.”  Albany County reserve the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or reject any or all proposalswith or without cause. Ten (10) copies of the proposal shall be submitted to the following address:

Proposals will be evaluated using the criteria noted in this announcement.  Certain companies or individuals may be selected for personal phone interviews based on the initial evaluation of the proposals.  Final selection will be made following the interviews, if required.  The successful firm shall be prepared to commence by January 2, 2018 and completion of such activities by May 15, 2019. Proposals received after November 30, 2017 will be returned to the proposing firm unopened.
