PUBLIC NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 

Albany County is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals to provide contract maintenance for the HVAC system at the Albany County Courthouse in Laramie, Wyoming. 

 

Albany County will accept proposals until 3:00 p.m., Local Time,May 22, 2019.   The proposal shall be prepared in accordance with the RFP and enclosed in an envelope clearly labeled “ALBANY COUNTY COURTHOUSE HVAC SERVICE RFP.”  Albany County reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or reject any or all proposals with or without cause. The proposal shall be submitted to the following address:

Proposals will be evaluated using the criteria noted in this REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.  Certain companies or individuals may be selected for personal interviews based on the initial evaluation of the proposals.  Final selection will be made following the interviews, if required.  The successful firm shall be prepared to begin workby July 1, 2019.

 

Proposals received after May 22, 2019 will be returned to the proposing firm unopened.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 A.M., Local Time, May 15, 2019 at the Albany County Courthouse, Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Laramie, WY 82070 at which attendance by Respondents is strongly encouraged.
