Program Goals

To provide early identification and intervention in the cycle of drug/alcohol addiction
To provide drug/alchohol assessment to the court in a timely manner
To facilitate a process of recovery and substance free living among program participants by providing positive purposeful change in their behavior, health, attitudes, and relationships with self and others
tor reduce crime and substance use recidivism through the implementation of alcohol and other drug treatment and recovery strategies
To assure public safety by holding participants strictly accountable for their behavior and to respond immediately to evidence of program non-compliance
