NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT
RULES OF PROCEDURE
Public notice is hereby given that Albany County Board of Commissioners intends in accordance with Wyo. Stat. § 16-3-101 and in accordance with Wyo. Stat. § 18-3-506 (a) authorizing the County to establish rules and regulations to govern the transaction of their business. The proposed Rules of Procedure include regulations relative to govern all official meetings of the Board and to provide for the efficient and orderly functioning of the business of the Board.
Interested persons may obtain a copy of these regulations at the Albany County Clerk’s Office, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming or may be viewed on the County website.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Albany County Board of Commissioners will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on June 4, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Commissioner Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Laramie, Wyoming to take oral comments from interested persons upon the proposed regulations. WRITTEN COMMENTS, data, views, and arguments may be submitted to the County Clerk, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070 no later than May 24, 2019. Written comments may also be submitted via electronic mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any interested person may urge the County to not adopt the rules and also request the County state its reasons for overruling the consideration urged against adoption. Requests for an agency response must be made prior to, or within 30 (thirty) days after adoption of the rules, addressed to: Jackie R. Gonzales, County Clerk, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070.
