NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT LIQUOR CONTROL REGULATIONS

Public notice is hereby given that these regulations are promulgated by the Board of Commissioners of Albany County, Wyoming, (County) pursuant to the Wyoming Procedures Act, W.S. § 16-3-101 and in accordance with W.S. § 12-4-101 (a) authorizing the County in the unincorporated areas within the county to license and regulate or prohibit the retail sale of alcoholic and malt beverages under Title 12 Alcoholic Beverages, Wyoming Statutes, 1977, as amended.

Interested persons may obtain a copy of these regulations at the Albany County Clerk’s Office, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming or may be viewed on the county website.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Albany County Board of Commissioners will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on June 20, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Commissioner Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Laramie, Wyoming to take oral comments from interested persons upon the proposed regulations. WRITTEN COMMENTS, data, views, and arguments may be submitted to the County Clerk, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070 no later than June 12, 2017. Written comments may also be submitted via electronic mail to jgonzales@co.albany.wy.us.

Any interested person may urge the County to not adopt the regulations and also request the County state its reasons for overruling the consideration urged against adoption. Requests for an agency response must be made prior to, or within 30 (thirty) days after adoption of the rules, addressed to: Jackie R. Gonzales, County Clerk, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070.
