Notice of Intent to Adopt Amended Liquor Control Regulations




Public notice is hereby given that Albany County Board of Commissioners intends to amend the Liquor Control Regulations in accordance with Wyo. Stat. § 16-3-101 and under the authority of Wyo. Stat. § 12-4-101 et seq.  The proposed Amended Liquor Control Regulations include regulations relative to the County regulating special events occurring in or upon private property in the County open to unrestricted use by the public, on a County Road or overnight camping at a special event in the County and alcoholic beverages will be allowed, permitted or served.


Interested persons may obtain a copy of these regulations at the Albany County Clerk’s Office, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming or may be viewed on the County website.  


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Albany County Board of Commissioners will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on June 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in the County Commissioner Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Laramie, Wyoming to take oral comments from interested persons upon the proposed regulations. WRITTEN COMMENTS, data, views, and arguments may be submitted to the County Clerk, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070 no later than June 11, 2018.  Written comments may also be submitted via electronic mail to


Any interested person may urge the County to not adopt the rules and also request the County state its reasons for overruling the consideration urged against adoption.  Requests for an agency response must be made prior to, or within 30 (thirty) days after adoption of the rules, addressed to: Jackie R. Gonzales, County Clerk, 525 Grand Avenue, Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming 82070.
