Notice of Final Payment



The Board of County Commissioners of Albany County, Wyoming, have accepted all work as substantially complete according to the Contract Documents set forth in the written Agreement between Albany County, Wyoming by and through the Albany County Commissioners and Simon dated May 21, 2019 regarding the Roger Canyon Road Mill & Overlay Project.  Simon will be entitled to the balance due and final payment will be made on April 3, 2020, the 41st day after the first publication of this notice, provided it submits to the County Commissioners all requirements for final payment as set out in the Agreement.

Nothing in this notice shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and the Sureties on its bond from any claim or claims for the work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Agreement. 

All persons having claims for labor and materials furnished the Contractor shall present a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of the same to the County prior to the day specified for final payment.  Failure on the part of the claimant to file such statement will relieve the County from any and all liability on such claim.
