Mental Health GateKeeping Services Program RFP


The Albany County Board of County Commissioners by and through the Albany County Attorney’s Office will accept written proposals from mental health providers for the establishment of a Mental Health Gatekeeping Services Program in Albany County, Wyoming for the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of the community response to emergency detentions and  involuntary commitments under  Wyoming Statute Title 25, lowering costs to Albany County and the Department of Health for involuntary commitments and emergency detentions under  Wyoming Statute Title 25 and improve continuity of care for patients who are emergency detained or involuntarily committed to the Wyoming State Hospital or IMH Behavioral Health Services.

Mental Health Gatekeeping Services Program

An RFP is available via email by sending request to Jackie R. Gonzales, Albany County Clerk at, the Albany County’s Website at or at the Albany County Clerk’s Office, 525 Grand Ave. Room 202, Laramie, Wyoming. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on August 24, 2017.
