Sybille Fire Zone Truck Bays Design/Build RFP

PUBLIC NOTICE

 FIXED SCOPE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 

Albany County and the Sybille Fire Zone Board of Directors are requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals to design and build new truck bays in western Platte County, Wyoming. 

Albany County will accept proposals until 3:00 PM., Local Time, October 9th, 2018.   The proposal shall be enclosed in a package clearly labeled “SYBILLE FIRE ZONE TRUCK BAYS DESIGN/BUILD RFP.”  Albany County reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or reject any or all proposals with or without cause. Five (5) copies of the proposal shall be submitted to the following address:

Proposals will be evaluated using the criteria noted in this RFP.  Certain companies or individuals may be selected for personal interviews based on the initial evaluation of the proposals.  Final selection will be made following the interviews, if required.  The successful firm shall be prepared to complete the design and construction of the project by May 31, 2019.

 

Proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the proposing firm unopened.

Albany County does not discriminate against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by Federal or state law.

 

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 11:00 A.M., Local Time, October 1, 2018 at the project site at which attendance by Respondents is encouraged.   The project site is located at 3284 Highway 34, Platte County, Wyoming.

 

Bidders should be available October 11th, 2018 for interviews, should they be necessary.
