Albany County has established an Employee Assistance Program to assist benefited County Employees and their families. This program provides confidential access to health professionals to assist employees with any type of emotional distress. The program provides access to a network of specially selected professionals that practice in Laramie and Cheyenne.

County employees will be provided up to three sessions per calendar year, at no charge. If you need additional services you may use your health insurance benefits and each of the providers listed will accept our insurance. The evaluation process is conducted yearly and are due March 1st. This process includes goals for the upcoming year and BambooHR has the ability to track the progress of goals set. As part of the performance evaluation feature, peer feedback assessments are available. All evaluations will be conducted through BambooHR.
