On August 5, 2008, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Albany County Comprehensive Plan. Thanks to all who willingly gave of their time to attend public meetings held all over the County and for the information participants provided which shaped this document. The Citizens' Advisory Committee/Technical Advisory Committee deserves special thanks for providing their expertise as well as a determination to ensure that this plan reflected the broad opinion of County citizens. This plan is a product of these efforts and will provide a solid vision for Albany County for years to come.
